By downloading or using My Next: Note ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

My Next: Note is a personal note-taking app developed by My Next Studio. It is designed for individual use to help you capture thoughts, context, and ideas.

Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

My Next: Note offers an optional "Extra" subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

The free tier of My Next: Note includes unlimited notes and up to 3 Notebooks. We do not degrade the free experience to pressure you into subscribing. Subscribing to Extra unlocks unlimited Notebooks.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App.

My Next: Note, the My Next Studio name, logos, and design are the intellectual property of My Next Studio. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create in the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ensure reliability, but we cannot guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Next Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

The App may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the App to any country, entity, or person prohibited by applicable export control laws, including but not limited to those maintained by the United States, the European Union, and Sweden. You are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding the use of the App in your jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
