Common questions

Where is my data stored?

All your notes are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to them and can't see what you write.

Are my notes saved automatically?

Yes. My Next: Note autosaves on every edit, when you switch apps, and when the app goes to the background. There is no save button — your notes are always up to date.

What happens if I delete the app?

Since your data lives only on your device, deleting the app removes all your notes. We recommend exporting a backup from Settings before deleting.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your Extra subscription in your iPhone's Settings app under your Apple ID > Subscriptions, or directly from the "Subscription & Support" section in the app.

Can I use My Next: Note on multiple devices?

Currently, My Next: Note works on a single device. Cross-device sync is planned for a future update and will be optional.

Can I link notes to todos?

Yes! If you also have My Next: Todo installed, you can link a todo or routine to one of your notes. You can even add a link to a routine — every todo generated from that routine will inherit the link automatically. Linked notes show a small link icon in the side menu, and you can long press the note to follow the link back to the todo. Both apps must be on the same device. Links work offline with no account needed.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet — as a small studio, we're starting with iOS to get the experience right before expanding. Android is on the roadmap and something we'd love to build.
