Hello world

First real diary post. It's only been a short time since falling down the vibe coding rabbit hole. Still I already got a working version of My Next: Todo and am building the beta release. This trip has been crazy! I will put in some backported posts later to capture the early stages of the project.

Yesterday (Saturday) was spent mostly on re-organizing the project structure. I'd been building Todo as a stand-alone project. Now it's part of a complete My Next Studio project. I set up a very structured (too structured!?) system. Added, and filled in, a ton of strategy, branding and architecture md files. Defined a structured system of CLAUDE.md files. And finally kicked off the beta branch.

Today I've refined the paid/subscription tier together with Claude. Decided that the current extra value to pay for the subscription was a bit thin. Added reminders for notifications, both pre and persistent, and recurring todos. Then settled on the exact limit on the free tier. Also renamed the paid tier from Plus to Extra to more align with the language of My Next Studio. Implementation now ongoing.
